Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe with Dark Chocolate Chips and Walnuts.

How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally have to obtain a scale, then carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread for ages, then cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes and then wait another century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these conditions. That is just how I roll up. But after that I stumbled upon these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they don't taste just like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Instead they are a little more gooey and do not crumble in any respect.

But what largely convinced me was that you can have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the biscuits is that they call for just two ingredients! Yep that is right, and anybody can mix two components.

Though if you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody's gonna pay me if you eat them), but I must say one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the first I finished the rest within one hour.

They are excellent for hiking trips or other events where you will need a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep them as a fast snack in my back pack.

It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the normal cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.

First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I feel these are the only truly healthy cookies that have yet been made by humanity*.

Take oats such as. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for longer throughout the day.

Those nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- significant for energy generation to cause you to feel more awake

Much like bananas -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not just cause they have visit our website an adequate amount of good carbs but for being the big players in the potassium video game.

two Ingredient Cookies. Fantastic for when you need an energy boost on the move. Enjoy!

If you do not have this make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To produce the cookie shape only grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking dish like I did at the photograph above. It is super fast and easy.

Away it goes into the oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.

EQUIPMENT: You just need a strong baking dish and a few parchment paper, cool also.
